CPI was founded by Donald K. Whitworth and Dianne M. Whitworth in 2009.  Donald has over 35 years experience in Construction Staffing, Executive Search, Energy, Environmental, Packaging and Sales.  Dianne is a Registered Nurse and Gerontologist with over 34 years experience in Nursing, Gerontology, Insurance, Medical Fraud Investigation and Bill Audit/Coding.
